Adam Hallet is President/Owner of Hallet Enterprise, with 20+ years of transformation leadership experience. Presently, he is engaged in consulting with several corporations performing innovative work in both financial services and manufacturing. His focus is on supporting clients as they explore strategic topics key to their continuous growth, take on new challenges and transform the way they work today.
Adam has led consulting assignments on such varied topics as improving the way a Retirement Service company takes on new clients, including organizational design, process re-engineering, roles and responsibilities, and creating a positive experience for the client's workplace.
Adam has previously served as a vice president of transformation at many corporations. For example, as Vice President and Master Black Belt at ING, he was responsible for the deployment of Lean Six Sigma where he developed a continuous improvement team from zero employees to over 40 professionals and delivered more than $100M in transformation benefits over five years (5 times the cost). In addition to financial benefits, Adam reduced on-board cycle times by 70%, reduced application defects by 90%, and improved customer and employee satisfaction.
Also as a transformation business partner, he partnered with the senior executive team to identify the largest opportunity to drive change in ING. He was named global Chairperson of Executive Quality Council for Americas which included creation of training, practices, and overall global deployment. This is one example of the great work Adam has performed over the last 20 years.
Adam has worked as a transformation expert business partner at many Fortune 100 companies such as GE, Stanleyworks, Bank of America, ING, The Hartford, Linde Gas, Cigna and Google. Working with senior leadership, Adam re-engineered and innovated their businesses. Adam has been accountable for strategic planning, tactical assessments, leadership development, coaching, talent acquisition, cost savings, growth, and problem solving. He has extensive global experience and understands the unique cultural dynamics of an environment. He has partnered with executives and transformation leaders in Europe, Asia, South America and Canada.
Adam has worked with many senior leaders to assure a positive transformation and people climate. His expertise includes assembling high-performing leadership teams, strategic support to start-ups, acquisitions and post M&A integration, large scale change initiatives, staffing strategies to secure best-in-class talent, cost reduction, and process optimization to support company growth. While at The Hartford Adam was recipient of the Chairman's award for his transformation work improving insurance quote cycle time, plan set-up defect reduction, and driving out over $7M in 12 months.
In the community, Adam is very active in youth sports, coaching baseball and soccer at all ages and skill levels. His recent work with “Team Roadkill” was recognized by the Aspen institute at Washington, D.C. The team was designed to help revitalize youth sports by giving everyone a chance to play.
Adam holds a B.A. in Communications from American International College. Adam received his Black Belt from GE, and Master Black Belt from Stanleyworks and Bank of America. He is also certified in Change Management from The Hartford (Prosci), Cigna (Prosci), and GE (CAP). Adam resides in Burlington, Connecticut.
