Adam Hallet

CEO, Founder

Business transformation expert who has more than 20 years of quality, business transformation, and business performance improvement leadership in both financial services and manufacturing. He has experience across several industries, including financial services and healthcare. While at ING Retirement Services, Hallet was a Vice President and Master Black Belt responsible for the deployment of Lean Six Sigma, built continuous improvement team from zero employees to over 40 professionals and delivered over $100M in benefits over five years (5 times their cost). Prior to his work at ING, Hallet realized nearly $25M in organizational savings in only 2 years at the Hartford Insurance Company. He was the recipient of The Hartford's Chairman Award in 2012 for his team's transformational work.

My journey as a lean consultant began during my internship at General Electric, where I was introduced to the transformative power of Six Sigma and continuous improvement. The concept of systematic problem-solving and making things better deeply resonated with me. Over the last two decades, I've had the privilege of working at incredible companies like General Electric, Intuit, and The Hartford, gaining invaluable experience as an Operational Leader and Six Sigma Blackbelt. Today, at Hallet Enterprise, our mission is to comprehensively understand your needs and expectations and collaborate with your teams to achieve tangible, bottom-line results.

I spent 35 years at The Hartford, working directly with the customer in sales, underwriting, and management functions. This is where my passion for the customer and respect for back-office operations took root. I achieved my Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, supporting my commitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving. I led several large-scale transformational initiatives that significantly improved processes and technology within the company and delivered improved customer experience, employee engagement, and bottom-line savings. After a short retirement, I joined Hallet, believing consultants can operate differently. At Hallet, we firmly believe that your frontline staff knows the problems and potential solutions. Our approach involves collaborating with your team, combining their institutional knowledge with our problem-solving methodology to identify root causes and build sustainable and effective solutions. We don't leave until we've implemented the changes and proved the benefit.

Spanning the next two decades, I navigated through various roles on the frontline from sales coach, Contact Center Analyst, Resource Management, Process Owner and eventually, Project & Change Management. These pivotal years not only deepened my passion for streamlining processes but also broadened my perspective and honed my skills. Today, as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant, I offer more than just advice. With firsthand experience under my belt, I lead cross functional team transformation, driving impactful change for organizations.

Collaborating with industry giants like Fidelity Investments and Citigroup, my expertise lies in Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Coaching, and Training, with a strong focus on engagement and partnership across all organizational levels. My corporate experience includes executive roles overseeing significant transformation projects and leading Six Sigma training programs for senior executives. Outside of work, I cherish moments with my 15-year-old son, sharing our love for surfing, fishing, and the great outdoors.

I started my career in insurance and financial services over fifteen years ago working in debt collection and customer service at American Education Services and The Hartford. My time on the front-line sparked a passion for improving customer experiences. This led me to complete an MBA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and change management training to gain crucial abilities to support business transformation. For the past decade I've used my expertise to successfully help organizations throughout each stage of their transformational change journey at The Hartford, Travelers and Hallet Enterprise.

Driven by a deep passion for process improvement, I've spent over a decade in the insurance and financial services simplifying processes and elevating the customer experience. My journey began during my MBA program, where my entrepreneurial focus ignited my enthusiasm. Collaboratively building and nurturing effective business processes became my mission. At Liberty Mutual, Cigna, and Aetna, I honed my skills by leading cross-functional process improvement projects and have now expanded that as a consultant to empower organizations with lasting skills and cultivate a culture of growth..
